To attention of the shareholders of OJSB "UkrGasBank" and other interested persons!

In accordance with decision taken by the extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of OJSB "UkrGasBank" (Minutes No.3 dated 16.10.2008) and conditions under Issue prospectus of OJSB "UkrGasBank", registered by the Securities and Stock Market State Commission, the Supervisory Board of OJSB "UkrGasBank" in the Meeting as of 22.10.2008 (Minutes No. 8), took decision that within the second stage of an open (public) placement of shares of OJSB "UkrGasBank" (from 27.10.2008 to 31.10.2008 included) the shares will be placed among shareholders and other investors at the price UAH 3,00 (three hryvnias 00 cop.) per a share.
