To information for shareholders and other interested persons. Conducting terms of open (public) placement of shares of the OJSB «Ukrgasbank» were postponed.
According to resolution of the Supervisory board dated 01.10.2008, accepted within power, granted to the Supervisory Board by general meeting of shareholders of the OJSB «Ukrgasbank», that took place on 16.09.2008, the terms of open (public) placement of shares were postponed.The aforementioned resolution of the Supervisory board set following terms of placement: First stage (during this stage is realized the preemptive right on participating in placement of present shareholders, i.e. those who are the shareholders upon the date of placement beginning) – from 20October 2008 till 26 October 2008 included. Second stage (during this stage is realized the right of present shareholders in the volume exceeded the number of shares regarding which the shareholders have used their preemptive right as well as the right of other investors for the purchase of additionally placed shares) – from 27October 2008 till 31October 2008 included.
