Purchase of shares includes the whole range of services related to purchase of shares: search for potential buyers, execution of share sale and purchase agreements, monetary settlements for shares, including those with individuals, re-registration of shares ownership rights via the system of securities registrars and custodians, immobilization of shares, where appropriate.
