Management of conflict of interests

This is the policy of the Bank described in the Regulation on Conflict of Interests Detection and Management in Ukrgasbank OJSB, approved by the Supervisory Council of the Bank and aimed at establishing proper regulation of and control over the process of defining, detecting and managing potential and/or existing conflicts of interests; setting standards and requirements mandatory for all members of the Supervisory Council, Audit Commission, and Bank Management, Chief Accountant and his/her deputies, as well as for the heads of stand alone organizational units of the Bank and members of the executive committees of the Management Board.
